CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES

Need it in time for Christmas? Make sure you get your order in by 16 December for delivery within the USA.

If you want to plan ahead, refer to the shipping times below. But just remember that 16 December is the final date to place your order if you need it before Christmas.

Our standard international shipping times apply for delivery to countries outside the USA.

USA - When you spend $55 or more before taxes using the standard delivery service (UPS SurePost) free shipping will automatically been applied to your checkout.

Canada - When you spend $85 or more before taxes free shipping will automatically been applied to your checkout.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

USA ORDERS (UPS)

  • Next Day (UPS Next Day Air Saver), 1-2 Business Days US$25.00

Guaranteed next day delivery to commercial destinations within the 48 contiguous states if you place your order before 2pm PST on a business day. For orders placed after 2pm, allow one additional business day for delivery.

  • Express (UPS Ground), 1-5 Business Days US$9.50

Above delivery times are for orders placed before 2pm PST on a business day. If you place your order after 2pm, allow one additional business day for delivery.

  • Standard (UPS SurePost), 3-9 Business Days US$6.00 (or FREE for orders over $55)

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Please allow 3-5 additional business days for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii for any of the above UPS services.
  • Shipping to a PO Box is only supported by Standard (UPS SurePost) shipping. Orders with a PO Box address will be returned to our warehouse if Express or Next Day shipping is selected.
  • Business days quoted above are Monday to Friday, and may be subject to public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (LANDMARK)

  • Canada: 3-5 business days: US$10.00
  • Rest of the world: 4-14 business days US$30.00

If you are ordering from outside the USA, please note the following important information:

  1. Delivery times could be longer for regional areas, and the above delivery times do not include any customs processing times for international orders.
  2. Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.
  3. Nail polish and other flammable liquids cannot be sent to an address outside the USA. You can find more details on the United Postal Union Convention website.
  4. International orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
  5. Customs and import charges for international orders: Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order leaves our warehouse you’ll receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress.To track your parcel and get an estimated delivery time, click the link provided in the email to be automatically redirected to the appropriate courier site.

Alternatively, please refer to the UPS website for all domestic orders, or the Landmark website for all international orders.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  1. Orders delivered outside of the USA will be subject to the delivery terms of the relevant postal service.
  2. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. This includes but is not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
  3. Delivery charges and minimum order are subject to change at any time.
  4. Please check your order upon arrival to ensure it contains the right contents.
  5. All orders are subject to availability of items at the time of dispatch. We do our best to maintain up to date and accurate information regarding stock levels. If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
